Terms and Conditions

General 

Indefinite reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By making purchases with Indefinite, the buyer has agreed to abide by the terms and conditions listed.

All sales are final and may not be amended. 

By making purchases with Indefinite, the buyer has agreed to receive marketing communications from us on our promotions and launches. Indefinite recognise the rights to protect the buyer's personal data, including the rights of access and correction, and the needs of the company to collect, use or disclose any personal data for solely legitimate and reasonable purposes.

Orders

All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. To increase the productivity of our operations and reduce potential inventory errors, combination of orders is strictly not allowed.

We are unable to guarantee any amendment of orders once your order has been confirmed and will not be held liable for any incorrect or duplicate orders placed. 

 

Backorders

Backorders are items that were sold out due to popular demand and will be remade by our team. Hence, there will be some waiting time involved. Please join only if you comfortable with the wait and any unforeseeable delays.

If other in stock items are placed in the same order, all items will only be dispatched when the backorder items arrive. Kindly note that there may be slight colour difference for backorder items. There is strictly no refunds if you decide to back out of paid backorders.

 

Payment

Confirmed orders made after payment are final and no refunds or cancellations will be entertained. Kindly ensure that all information submitted are accurate to prevent delays in shipment. Any reimbursement made by Indefinite will be in store credits that are valid for a year. Cash refunds will not be allowed. 

 

Returns / Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only applicable to regular-priced items purchased directly through our website. Sale and discounted items are strictly not valid for returns and exchanges. Any items purchase through third-parties will strictly not be covered. 

To return or exchange, please ensure that the items are in their original condition received and packed in the original transparent packaging. Items must be unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with the hang tag intact. All additional shipping fees will be fully borne by the buyer.

All exchanges should be initiated within 7 days upon receiving the parcel for local orders and within 10 days for international orders. Kindly note that only a one-time exchange per order is allowed.

 

Defective Items

We sincerely apologise for any defective items sent to you. please contact us via email at hello@shopindefinite.com or drop us a message on Instagram @shopindefinite within 7 days upon receiving the items. Do provide your order number and pictures/videos of the defect when you contact us. Any requests made after the stipulated time frame will not be entertained.

If the defective item is in stock, we will do an exchange for the exact same item and all additional shipping fees will be fully borne by us. If the defective item is out of stock, a full refund via store credits will be made.

Please kindly note that a defective item is one that has manufacturing defects such as major stains, mislabelled size or other issues that affect the general look of the apparels when worn.

Slight colour deviation, variation in measurements less than 0.5", minor loose threads, crease marks and variation in prints placement will not be counted as defective.
